omnitrackagent.com
Effective Date: May 24, 2026 Last Updated: May 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Christopher Parks ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the website and services at omnitrackagent.com (the "Service"). The Service is intended for users located in the United States only.
By using the Service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Account information — your name, email address, username, and password when you create an account.
- Property inputs — property addresses, property characteristics, and related details you submit so the Service can generate estimates. These inputs may include or relate to a specific location.
- Payment information — billing details needed to process your subscription. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store your full payment card number. We may store limited billing records such as the last four digits of your card, billing zip code, transaction amounts, and dates.
- Communications — information you provide when you contact support or correspond with us.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, features used, referring URLs, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6.
Information from third parties:
- We may receive information from service providers that support account verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and analytics.
For reference, these correspond to the following categories under California law: identifiers; commercial information (subscription and transaction records); internet or other electronic network activity; geolocation information (including approximate location derived from IP address and from property inputs); and inferences. Your account credentials are treated as sensitive personal information. We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or precise device geolocation.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- create and manage your account and authenticate you;
- provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating estimates from your property inputs;
- process subscriptions, billing, and renewals;
- communicate with you about your account, transactions, support requests, and service-related notices;
- improve, develop, and secure the Service, including analyzing usage and aggregate trends;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. How We Disclose Information
We disclose personal information only as described here:
- Service providers — companies that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting and storage, payment processing, analytics, customer support, and security. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
- With your direction — when you ask us to share information.
We do not disclose your account credentials, property inputs, or payment information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, we use third-party advertising and analytics technologies (such as cookies, pixels, and tags) that, under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA"), can constitute "selling" or "sharing" of personal information — including for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You have the right to opt out of this activity. To do so, you may:
- use our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link, available in the site footer; and/or
- enable a browser-based opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). We treat a valid GPC signal as a request to opt out of sale/sharing for the browser or device from which it is sent.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 18.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and afterward for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, measure usage, and support advertising/analytics. Categories: strictly necessary, preference, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the Service works. See Section 4 for opt-out of sale/sharing, including via Global Privacy Control.
7. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the following rights, subject to exceptions:
- Right to know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected, the sources, purposes, and categories of third parties to whom it was disclosed.
- Right to delete personal information we collected from you.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing (see Section 4).
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Service.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

We will verify your request by confirming information associated with your account before responding. You may use an authorized agent with proper authorization. We respond within the timeframes required by law.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended only for users 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@omnitrackagent.com and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may link to or rely on third-party websites and services that have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for those practices and encourage you to review their policies.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email and update the "Last Updated" date.

This template is provided for convenience and is not legal advice. Because you use third-party advertising/analytics, have a licensed attorney confirm your CCPA "sale/share" disclosures, the Do-Not-Sell/Share mechanism, and GPC handling before you publish.
